Where you are a contractor and have been matched with to an employer, we will provide the employer with your personal information including your identity and suitability for the role. The client company will be a data controller in its own right and shall ensure it processes any personal information relation to a contractor in accordance with all applicable data protection laws and regulations. We shall not be liable for the acts and omissions of the employers in respect of their processing of such personal information.
